Pacific Brands have pulled out of the L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Week. They have not said a reason but are going to continue to financially support the event. They have planned to present a Bonds pop-up event on Monday morning and and Unzipped collection underwear show for Wednesday lunchtime in Fed Square. Boo you economic crisis. Valentino lit up the runway with a 60's inspired collection. According to other sources people feel Valentino didn't conquer the runway! Of course the clothes are always amazing and well cut but it's been said they didn't create the magic, no blinding flash of creative. I don't care i loved it!! Well it seems like i have witnessed history. Possibly the last show ever with the original Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. As of today Mick Harvey the lead guitarist will no longer be part of the band, for personal reasons. Well they definitly went out with a bang, the best live show i have ever seen. Yep, I said it, it was fucking awesome. It was the first time i had seen them and it blew me away, Nick Cave has such an amazing stage presence and the band has such a tight stage performance, well it has been about 35years together. All the music sounded so much better live than on cd. To top the night off we got to attend the after party. Nick Cave didn't come out unfortuatly but i could spy in a door and i saw him wearing a plain white t-shirt with St Kilda written on it, I don't think hes seen wear just a tee much ey. Just the privialge of being back there with rock royalty was enough, so happy, such a great night!!!!Belviour

I thought I would just set the mood a little for Rio Fashion Week. One of the most amazing cities in the world with such a diverse culture. The rich living right with the poor and some of the poor having the best views in the city. Copacabana is "ment" to be one of the nicest beaches in the world, yes, apart from the scum across the top, rubbish and drainage from the favelas. The city centre when built was based on Paris, the city having this real European feel to it. Was checking out this label just browsing round on the net today, and its not bad! for those who don't know its Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's label. It's supposed to be the cheaper label to the Row but far out for what it is its still pretty expensive. Check out this dress its rank and its 345 buckaroos.

Anyways they have some alright stuff for reasonable prices too... check it out here

another thing....I bought their book the other day too 'Influence' and i have to say its pretttttty goood! lots of interviews with great people! Terry Richardson and Karl Lagerfeild get in there and are a great read. It's an interview style coffee table book with heaps of great pictures and conversation. AND its only $40, for what it is, that is an awsome price.

Well another Southbound has passed and it was another awesome festival! I camped this year which was good but takes it out of you. We went pretty hard the friday night, snuck in heaps of booze and struggled on saturday. Santogold, The Hives, The Kooks and Architecture in Helsinki were awesome. I wanna give big ups to some awesome outfits. Lots of tie-dies, denim shorts and sandles and tassels(my fav atm). I didn't get many pics of people purely coz im lazy and my patner in crime was missing booo. Also i realllly think southbound organisers need to provide more shade i seriously almost dioed of heat and sunburn, cocks. Love to hear other peoples thoughts on the days? The Kooks

Went and saw The Black Keys on mondy night and it was awesome! Last time I saw them was a few years ago at metros freo and I loved them. Freo arts centre is such a better venue, wasn't packed at all and the vibe was so chilled, much better than a seedy club. My Big Bali Bonanza

So im back from Bali and it was fucking awesome. I didn't get blowen up by terrorists or get bali belly or fall off my scooter!

I did get burnt, drunk HEAPS of cocktails, ate some ephodrin, fanged around on the scooter, smoked some balinese sugar darts, honked the sheesha pipe, went to water bomb park, bought a Bintang singlet and made an appearence at the Bounty hahha My trashy hoilday with my BF was the best.

The shopping was so good! I hadn't been for almost 10years and was so surprised how much it has changed. I thought i wouldn't find any good buys, but boy silly me!! Down Legian street towards Seminyak there are heaps of sick boutiques. They even have a Religion shop (religion is only stocked in Sydney at one shop but they always feature it in Russh) yeww. I don't think i have ever seen so many shops with gladiator sandles, bought a few of those babies back. They also have a Topshop, which wasn't that good but I did find some hot undies!

Well i just bought the whole series of Gossip girl and im hooked, back to it.
